Do credits roll over if I don’t use them?
Not yet! Your credits refresh every month based on the plan you’re on, so you always start fresh. And if you ever need more, it’s super easy to upgrade or grab some add-ons to keep the data flowing.
What is a credit?

What is a squid?
A Squid is a scraper or an automation which browses the web on your behalf.
The number of Squids you can launch at the same time depends on the plan you have subscribed.
What is included in my free plan?
You’ll get access to most scrapers, essential features, and real data right away... no strings attached. There are a few limits though: exports are capped at 30 rows per request, scheduling isn’t available, and scrapers marked Premium are unlocked only on paid plans. But hey, it’s still packed with enough power to give you a real feel for what Lobstr.io can do!
Can I cancel, upgrade, downgrade anytime?
Yes! You can manage your plan anytime right from your billing settings.
Cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle, while upgrades kick in instantly.
The best part is that upgrades are prorated. If you still have unused credits from your current plan, we’ll credit that value toward your new plan so you only pay the difference. Quick, easy, and completely hassle-free.

What are retentions days?
When we collect data for you, the data in question is stored on our servers.
After a certain period of time, for reasons of economic efficiency and legal compliance with the GDPR, all data is completely deleted.
The retention days are the days that the data is kept on our servers.
The retention period depends on the plan you have subscribed. 7 days with the free plan, and up to 28 days with the advanced plans.
